Kevin Ramnarace

Kevin Ramnarace, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company since January 2024, previously holding the role of Vice President of Finance. Prior experience includes positions such as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at LAWPRO, where responsibilities encompassed financial and regulatory reporting, forecasting, planning, and acting as the IFRS 17 Technical Lead. Kevin has also served as Assistant Controller at Genworth Canada, managing the monthly close and reconciliation process and overseeing corporate income tax provisions under IFRS and US GAAP. Earlier roles include Manager of Financial Reporting at Masonite, focused on preparing financial statements under US GAAP, and Senior Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young, handling business tax services and assurance and advisory engagements. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
