Marty Fleagle

Marty Fleagle has extensive experience in quality control and laboratory operations at Carpenter Technology Corporation since March 2007, currently serving as the Quality Control Department Manager for Lab Operations and CapEx Project Manager. Responsibilities include managing the Metallography Testing Lab with a focus on material testing processes, ensuring data quality, and upholding safety protocols. Previous roles at the company include Operations Supervisor and Group Leader, overseeing the Met Lab Preparation Area and coordinating activities related to material inspection and analysis. Prior to entering the private sector, Marty served in the US Navy from September 1999 to August 2004 as a Corpsman, fulfilling various roles that included assisting in administration and patient care, as well as coordinating new recruit physicals at Naval Hospital Guam. Marty holds a degree in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Reading Area Community College and has pursued studies at Bloomsburg University and the University of Phoenix.
