Sharon Giles

Sharon Giles is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager at Carpenter Technology, with a career spanning from March 2008 to the present, specializing in full life cycle recruiting for various non-Pennsylvania locations and compliance with AAP, OFCCP, EEOC, and DOL regulations. As the owner of Tours By Sharon since 1997, a small group tour business, Sharon's entrepreneurial spirit was inspired by a journey to Mexico. Previously, Sharon served as an Event Coordinator at GoggleWorks Center for The Arts from August 2005 to February 2008, managing event logistics and client relations. Prior experience includes serving as an Employee Relations Supervisor at Baldwin Hardware Corporation, where responsibilities centered on recruiting, employee benefits, and implementing various recruitment programs. Sharon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clothing and Textile from Albright College.
