Valarie Cofield

Valarie Cofield is an experienced executive with a proven track record in driving growth and leading competitive teams. Valarie is currently the Executive Vice President Business Development and HR at Carr & Duff. Valarie is also the owner of Cofield & Associates, a company Valarie founded in 1997 to expand access to opportunities for entrepreneurs. Prior to their current role, Valarie served as the Chief Executive Officer at the Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council and held various positions in companies such as INTECH Construction, Inc. and Thelen Reid & Priest. Valarie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College and has completed various advanced management education programs.
