Chris Pigeon

Chris Pigeon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chris is currently the Director of Operations at CARR Biosystems. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Engineering at Germfree from 2021 to 2023. Before that, Chris was the Sr. Plant Manager - Machining at CONMED Corporation, where they led the rebuilding of machining factory operations and managed staffing, budgets, and production activities from 2020 to 2021. From 2013 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Pratt Industries, including Director of Continuous Improvement, where they transformed the company into a culture of continuous improvement, and Site Operations Leader, where they managed operations at a third-party fulfillment business. Chris also has experience working at Energizer as an Engineering Manager, responsible for managing the process of bringing new packaging to reality, and at Husky Injection Molding as a Senior Engineer, designing and implementing large tonnage injection molding machine components. Chris started their career at Stanley Black & Decker as a Product Engineer, where they engineered improvements for hand tools products and managed projects related to supplier changes and technology implementation.

Chris Pigeon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. Chris attended the university from 1987 to 1992.
