Joel Williams currently serves as President & CEO of CARR Biosystems, specializing in single-use centrifuges for bioprocessing, a role held since July 2022. Previously, Joel held significant leadership positions, including President of the Pharmaceutical and Advanced Technology Business Group at ILC Dover and President of the Advanced Technology Business Group at Smiths Medical, where financial oversight included a $600M P&L. Joel's experience includes executive roles at Avantor, Halliburton, Bray International, Next Autoworks Company, Intel, and Microcool Technology. Joel's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
