Katie Graham

Katie Graham (Assoc. CIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a HR Business Partner at Carr Gomm since March 2020, having previously held roles such as Senior Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Officer within the same organization. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Barista at Starbucks for a brief period and held a Supervisor position at Moto Hospitality. Additional experience includes volunteer work with the Scottish Prison Service and Marshill House, along with a Research Assistant role at the University of Stirling. Katie earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Stirling, completing the master's degree in 2020 and the undergraduate degree in 2019.
