Scott Hughes

Scott Hughes is the General Counsel at CARR, offering direction and advice on real estate, agency law, practice sales, transactions, and compliance. Previously, Scott served as Senior Counsel at Dykema, advising clients on real estate, litigation, and commercial transactions. Scott also worked as General Counsel at the Michigan Senate, overseeing legislative policy and personnel actions. Scott has a background in law from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University.
