Emilia Edson

Emilia Edson is currently the VP, People at Carr Workplaces. Prior to this role, they served as the Training Manager at Carr Workplaces from June 2006 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for training and development for the Carr Workplaces team, with a focus on both on-boarding new hires as well as providing leadership training for existing team members.

Before joining Carr Workplaces, Emilia interned in marketing at both College Prowler and the Ireland Institute of Pittsburgh. Emilia has a passion for helping people grow and develop in their careers, and they are excited to continue doing so in their current role at Carr Workplaces.

Emilia Edson attended Duquesne University, where they received their BA in Communications & Political Science.

They are on a team with Phil Carr - SVP, Development, Ashley Buckner - COO, and Keith Varner - Controller. Emilia Edson reports to Austin Flajser, President.
