Garance Osternaud

Garance Osternaud has extensive experience in supply chain management and quality assurance within the retail and food sectors, primarily at Carrefour since March 2010. In the current role as Lead Product Manager for the Digital Factory Supply Chain, Garance focuses on transforming supply chain processes through simplification, connectivity, and digitalization. Previous positions include Head of Merchandising and B2B Supply Chain, where digital transformation efforts were supported across various global entities. Garance has successfully managed projects related to blockchain technologies and has a strong background in quality control and sustainable development for food products. Prior roles at CTIFL and Cultivar S.A.U involved technical engineering and logistics, contributing to expertise in food safety and compliance. Garance holds a Master's degree in Biologie - Agroalimentaire from UPMC Paris 6 and a postgraduate Master in Marketing and Communication from INSA Barcelone.
