Shawn Cooper

Shawn Cooper currently serves as Vice President of Real Estate Development at Carrfour Supportive Housing, where responsibilities include leading the Real Estate Development Team through the project cycle, performing feasibility analyses, managing financing processes, and overseeing construction and lease-up phases of affordable and mixed-income developments. Prior to this role, Shawn was Managing Director of Multi-Family Development and Investments at Castellan Real Estate Partners, managing development projects and establishing a multi-family acquisitions platform in the Southeast U.S. Earlier in Shawn's career, as Senior Vice President of Investments at Capital Properties, investment sourcing, underwriting, and asset repositioning were key focus areas. Shawn holds a BSE in Engineering and Management Systems from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
