Olivia began their career in 2012 with Arcadia Group Ltd, where they gained experience as a showroom assistant and later shadowed a buyer. In 2014, they worked as a sales assistant at Cath Kidston, focusing on product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer service. Olivia then joined New Look in 2016 as a buying admin assistant in China, before transitioning to the role of assistant buyer. Olivia'sresponsibilities at New Look included updating bestselling blocks, negotiating costings, and ensuring timely deliveries. In 2020, they joined Arcadia Group Ltd again as a senior assistant buyer before moving to their current role as a buying and marketing assistant at Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery Limited starting in 2021. Olivia's experience demonstrates their strong skills in buying, negotiating, and coordination within the fashion industry.
