Lina Rios

Lina Rios has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lina began their career at AIESEC, where they served as a Product Manager for the Global Talent and Global Entrepreneur programs. Lina'sresponsibilities included product development, coaching and mentoring, customer satisfaction improvement, education cycle management, and international relations. Lina then worked at Kinetic FT as a Business Analyst, where they focused on growing the company's network in the transportation industry and providing sales and marketing support for clients. Lina later joined Lean Solutions Group as a Business Development Representative, where they utilized prospecting strategies to lead outreach to potential customers and schedule discovery meetings. Currently, Lina works at Carrier Assure Inc. as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, handling various administrative tasks, keeping the CEO informed, and acting as the main point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the CEO.

Lina Rios has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Institución Universitaria Salazar y Herrera - IUSH. Lina obtained this degree from 2014 to 2019. Before that, Lina studied International Business at the same institution from 2012 to 2018, although they did not receive a degree in this field. In addition to their formal education, Lina has obtained several certifications, including the Project Management: The Basis for Success Certification from Coursera in November 2020, as well as the HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification and HubSpot Frictionless Sales Certification from HubSpot Academy in February 2021.
