Joel Goom, CPA, CGA, has extensive experience in financial management and analysis, currently serving as Sr Pricing Manager at Carrier Enterprise Canada since January 2018, where significant contributions include enhancing the company's profitability through process improvements. In addition to roles as Controller and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, Joel has served as Treasurer for Mississauga North Baseball Association since April 2018 and is a clinician for Baseball Ontario, demonstrating strong presentation skills. Previous experience includes supervisory and training roles at Le Groupe Master and Johnson Controls, where a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations led to multiple promotions.
