Prior to this role, John worked at Norwalk Heating as a Service & Installation professional from December 2015 to August 2017, and at Witt & Gaines Inc. as a Sales and Service Specialist from October 2011 to December 2015. Additionally, John held the position of Comfort Adviser at ARS from November 2010 to October 2011. John holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Terra Community College, which was earned between 1991 and 1993.
