Doug Schieber

Doug Schieber is an accomplished executive in the manufacturing sector, serving as President and CEO of CPEG Carrier Process Equipment Group since February 2016. CPEG is an employee-owned consortium of process equipment manufacturers operating in seven states and three countries, catering to bulk material processing industries. Prior to this role, Doug Schieber held the position of Chief Executive Officer and President at Carrier Vibrating Equipment from November 2012 onwards, after serving as Project Engineer and Sales Manager from May 1993 to 2012. Earlier in Doug Schieber's career, experience included a role as Plant Engineer at Philip Morris USA Inc. Doug Schieber earned a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
