Courtney Nauman

Courtney Nauman is an accomplished Operations leader currently serving as the National Program Operations Leader at Carrier HVAC since June 2021, previously holding the position of Regional Operations Manager. With a strong background at Ingersoll Rand from 2010 to 2021, Courtney excelled as the Service Process Excellence Manager, driving Lean Transformation and process improvement as part of the Leadership team. Roles included Regional Operations Analyst, overseeing operations for 19 districts in the US and Canada, and Customer Satisfaction & Operations Manager, where managerial insight was provided for the Denver Customer Center. Earlier experience at Cameron Compression Systems included roles as Sr. Customer Support Specialist, managing significant international accounts, and Service Project Coordinator, facilitating customer interactions and order processing. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
