Guy has a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from The Ohio State University and has furthered their education in quality and technical improvement through organizations like the American Foundry Society and Perry Johnson. Throughout their career, Guy has been instrumental in implementing new quality systems, resolving supplier quality problems, and achieving cost savings through process improvement initiatives.
