Josh Lavoie

Josh Lavoie is a seasoned professional in the HVAC industry with extensive experience at Carrier HVAC since May 2014. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager, Josh manages global strategies for Airside, Data Center Liquid Cooling, and Applied Rooftop platforms, collaborating with regional product marketing and functional leaders. Prior roles include Program Manager for Light Commercial & Commercial Rooftops, where Josh led cross-functional teams to develop and launch HVAC products, and Engineering Project Lead for Screw Compressors, focusing on product development in a global engineering context. Josh's early experience includes mechanical engineering internships in compressor design and R&D at Carrier HVAC and Optimax Systems, along with research at the University of Rochester. Josh holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Indiana University and both M.S. and B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
