Mark Rabbia

Mark Rabbia has extensive experience in product management and engineering within the HVAC industry, currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Light Commercial Products at Carrier Corporation since 1997. In this role, Mark manages a substantial volume of leading commercial HVAC products and leads cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and maintain production levels. Previously, as a Product Manager, Mark directed a multi-million dollar development program to redesign an outdated product line. Mark also contributed to the trailer refrigeration sector as a Senior Engineer, developing advanced microprocessor-based units and co-inventing two patents. Mark's educational background includes a Master’s in Engineering Management from Syracuse University, an MBA from RPI Lally School of Management, and a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse University.
