Sunny Ahmed

Sunny Ahmed, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Systems Engineering for Home Energy Management Systems at Carrier HVAC, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sunny held the title of Electrical Systems Engineering Manager at LiveWire from June 2022 to June 2024, and had a lengthy tenure at Carrier HVAC from August 2013 to June 2022, where responsibilities included System Engineering Manager, Senior Control Engineer, and Electrical Systems Engineer. Earlier experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at Total Control Solutions from June 2012 to August 2013, and at Rackmaster Systems Inc. from May 2008 to June 2012, along with an internship at CorEdge Networks in 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, a Master of Science (MSc) in Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from St. Cloud State University.
