Yanjia Gao

Yanjia GAO currently serves as the Digital Lead of Connected Products for Emerging Technology and Innovation at Carrier HVAC, focusing on developing connectivity strategies and identifying commercial opportunities in Asia-Pacific and Europe. Previously, Yanjia held the position of Digital Solution Director at KraussMaffei, driving digital innovation and transformation in smart manufacturing and industrial AIoT applications. Yanjia's experience also includes roles at Bosch China, where significant contributions were made to new business development, innovation management, and AIOT applications for smart home solutions. Early career milestones include project management at the China UK Development Council and co-founding the China UK Entrepreneurship Challenge. Yanjia's academic credentials consist of a Ph.D. in Aerodynamics from the University of Cambridge and multiple engineering and economics degrees from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
