Tina Schultz has been working in the telecommunications industry since 2004. Tina began their career as a Customer Service IV and a Customer Service Representative at Electric Lightwave, now Integra Telecom. In 2008, they were promoted to Provisioning Specialist II, and then to Service Activation Technician II in 2010. In 2013, they moved to CenturyLink Technology Solutions as an Account Consultant, and then to CarrierBid Communications in 2017 in the same role. During their tenure, they have been responsible for new service provisioning of transport services for data and voice products, service assurance for network troubleshooting, and working with assigned accounts regarding ordering, design, porting, loop ordering, scheduling, and technical specifications. Tina has also been responsible for customer support, internal team support, order entry, billing disputes, E911/PS Ali, technical support, and trouble shooting.
