Frantz Osse

Frantz Osse has extensive experience in various roles within the banking and financial industry. Frantz began their career in 1979 as an Assistant Vice President at Union Bank and later joined Wells Fargo, where they served as Vice President and Team Leader. At Sumitomo Bank Limited, they held the position of Vice President and Manager of the Representative Office, managing loan production offices across seven states. Frantz then joined Wells Fargo's First Interstate Bank of California, where they became a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager. Frantz successfully consolidated two regional offices without losing any clients during the process. Frantz also worked at Wells Fargo's Private Bank, serving as a Senior Vice President and Regional Private Banking Manager in both Los Angeles and Chicago. In these roles, they focused on expanding the customer base and increasing loan outstanding and fee income. Frantz later joined Wells Fargo's Private Mortgage Banking division, establishing a new area office and generating significant revenue through the acquisition of high-net-worth clients. Frantz also worked as a Chair and CEO Peer Advisory Boards at Vistage International, providing coaching and mentoring to CEOs and business owners. Frantz has also served as a board member at the Instituto del Progreso Latino. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director at Carrington & Carrington, Ltd., an executive search firm specializing in diversity-focused placements for middle management and senior-level executive positions.

Frantz Osse has a diverse education background. Frantz completed a Certificate in the African-American Executive Management Program from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in International Management from INSEAD in 1994-1995. In 1985-1988, Frantz Osse attended Pacific Coast Banking School, where they earned a Certificate in Banking Management. Frantz'sundergraduate studies were conducted at Fordham University from 1969 to 1973, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science.
