Mike Peterson has extensive experience in corporate and tax law, currently serving as Of Counsel at Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP since 2004, where responsibilities include general practice in tax and corporate matters, particularly business formations and transactions. Previously, Mike was a Partner at Carrington Coleman from 1985 to 1998, overseeing the tax and ERISA sections. Mike began a legal career as an Associate at Coke & Coke from 1978 to 1983. An alumnus of the University of Michigan Law School, Mike earned a J.D. in 1978, following a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 1975. Mike's educational journey started at Burges High School, where studies occurred from 1969 to 1971.
