Charles Gross

Charles Gross is the current Director of Athletics at Carroll College. Prior to their current position, they served as the Senior Associate Athletics Director at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee from January 2009 to March 2016. Charles has also served as the Activities Coordinator at Eden Prairie School District, the Director of Athletics and Recreation at Mequon-Thiensville School District, and the Men's Basketball Coach at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. In addition, they have also been the Head Men's Basketball and Soccer Coach at Maine Maritime Academy as well as the Head Men's Soccer Coach and Residence Hall Director at Loras College.

Charles Gross received a Master's degree in Athletic Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting and Philosophy from Saint John's University.

Charles Gross reports to John E. Cech, President. They work with Sarah Lawlor - Director of Communications, Jennifer Glowienka - SVP, Academic Affairs & Dean of the College, and Kara Paul - Executive Assistant to the President.
