Patricia Spencer

Patricia Spencer is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in public relations and education. Currently serving as the Communication, Content and Web Manager at Lee County Library System Administration, Patricia oversees a team responsible for social media, web development, and graphic design, focusing on enhancing community engagement through targeted marketing campaigns. As an Adjunct Professor at Carroll College since 2004, Patricia teaches various courses related to media technologies and communication skills. Prior roles include Public Information Officer at Lewis & Clark Library and Community Outreach Coordinator at the Montana Historical Society. Patricia holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Carroll College.
