Amelia Hristov

Amelia Hristov, EdD, MSITM, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning culinary education, curriculum development, and information technology. Currently serving as Process Engineering Team Lead at Steel Point Solutions LLC since July 2015, Amelia also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at Carroll Community College, where focus is on competency-based culinary education for adult learners. As the Owner of My Gurl and Me, LLC, Amelia develops recipes and markets a line of over 75 spice blends and teas. Previous roles include Culinary Instructor at Giulianova Groceria and Security Engineer at SRC Technologies Inc. Amelia holds a Doctorate in Education and multiple degrees and certificates from Capella University and other institutions, emphasizing leadership and adult education.
