Colleen Leary

Colleen Leary, M.A., GCDF, CPRW, CCSP, currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor, Student & Career Development Specialist, and Academic Advisor for the One Step Away Grant at Carroll Community College since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Career Development Services Coordinator at Pressley Ridge from July 2018 to April 2020, and Career Development/Education Facilitator at New Pathways, Inc. from October 2016 to July 2018, where Colleen focused on job readiness for community members and youth transitioning from foster care. Additionally, Colleen was the Center Director at Catapult Learning from September 2015 to October 2016, responsible for maintaining student records and reporting to the Department of Economic and Workforce Development. Colleen holds a Master of Arts degree from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from McDaniel College.
