Brian Elliott

Brian Elliott is an experienced security and law enforcement professional currently serving as the Coordinator of School Security for Carroll County Public Schools since January 2022. Prior to this role, Elliott worked as a Body Camera Administrator with the Frederick City Police Department from December 2020 to December 2021. A significant portion of Elliott's career was spent with the Frederick County Government in Maryland, where Elliott retired as a Corporal from the Narcotics Investigations Section after a tenure beginning in March 2000. Elliott began their law enforcement career as a Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police Department from January 1997 to March 2000 and also held the position of Loss Prevention Manager at JC Penney Company from August 1992 to January 1997. Elliott is currently pursuing education at Mount St. Mary's University, building on earlier studies at Frederick Community College.
