Ernesto Diaz

Ernesto Diaz is currently the Director of Human Resources at Carroll County Public Schools. Previously, Ernesto held various roles at The Howard County Public School System, including Principal, Director of Staff Relations, Chief Negotiator, and Manager of Teacher Recruitment and Retention. Ernesto also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Towson University and served in the Army National Guard as a Specialist in Field Artillery. Diaz holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in School Administration from Towson University.
