Gary Davis

Gary Davis is the Chief Information Officer at Carroll County Public Schools since January 2002. Gary is also the Founder of Maryland K12 Technology Leadership Forum and Carroll County Public Network. Additionally, Gary has served as a Technology Solutions Consultant at AECOM and as the Director of Information Technology at ACT. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Towson University and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Baltimore.
