Cliff Goff

Cliff Goff is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Carroll Daniel Construction since January 2024. Prior to this role, Cliff held positions as Sr. Director of Human Resources at WestRock Company and Global Director of HR at MeadWestvaco. With a strong background in HR leadership, Cliff has extensive experience in employee retention, talent planning, and strategic collaboration with senior management. Cliff holds a Master's degree in Personnel and Employment Relations from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Auburn University Harbert College of Business.
