Layne Chester

Layne Chester is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management and banking. Currently serving as the Strategic Projects and Improvements Manager at Carroll Electric Cooperative Corporation since April 2020, Layne has also held various roles within the organization, including Team Services Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Project Specialist, and Executive Services Intern. Prior to this, Layne worked at CS Bank from November 2016 to April 2020 as a Bank Teller. Layne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Economics and Finance, from Arkansas Tech University, complemented by a high school diploma from Berryville High School.
