Carl Stovall, CSM, is a highly experienced IT professional and educator, currently serving as a Computer Science Teacher at Southlake Carroll ISD since August 2020. With a robust background in software development and consulting, Carl held roles as a Mainframe Consultant at Motion Recruitment and as a Sr. Programmer Analyst at Citi, where expertise in COBOL programming was demonstrated. Prior experience includes modernizing agile practices at BNSF Railway as a Consulting Systems Developer I and leading client services development at DST Systems, Inc. Carl also contributed to academia as a Graduate Assistant at Tarleton State University. Carl holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems, both from Tarleton State University.
