Heather Bunch is an experienced professional in the real estate management sector, currently serving as Strategic Business Manager at The RMR Group since December 2023, following a significant tenure at CARROLL from June 2018 to December 2023 as Pricing Manager. In previous roles, including Property Manager and Senior Leasing Manager, Heather focused on revenue management while enhancing the resident experience, demonstrating a commitment to inclusive leadership and clear communication. Heather began their career at Pegasus Residential as a Leasing Consultant, where accomplishments included being awarded Leasing Consultant of the Year by the Charleston Apartment Association. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Vocal Performance from the University of Louisville, earned between 1998 and 2002.
