Jennifer Trapaso, CPM, CAPS has had extensive experience in property management and leadership roles. Jennifer served as the Regional Vice President at CARROLL, where they successfully oversaw the operations of 28 multi-family communities in multiple states, including staff recruitment, negotiation, budget preparation, and training efforts. At Berkshire Communities, they held the position of Regional Manager and Broker-in-Charge, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties and achieving various organizational goals. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as the Director of Residential Property Management at Grubb Properties, where they oversaw a large apartment portfolio and played a key role in the development of a mixed-use project. Jennifer's experience showcases their ability to lead and manage property management operations effectively.
Jennifer Trapaso, CPM, CAPS holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor from the National Apartment Association, the Certified Property Manager from IREM, the North Carolina Broker In Charge license from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, and the North Carolina Broker's License also from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
