Laura Patterson attended Walton High School from 1986 to 1990. Laura then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with cum laude honors from Georgia State University, graduating between 1991 and 1995. In addition, Laura briefly studied Marine Biology at the College of Charleston from 1990 to 1991.
