Rachael Freeman

Rachael Freeman currently serves as the Executive Director of School Safety and Security for Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, overseeing emergency management and planning for 35 campuses and 8 support buildings, while managing a team of 48 security officers and 3 technology specialists. Prior roles include serving as the Adjunct Professor of criminal justice at Texas Wesleyan University, Coordinator of Safety and Security at Coppell ISD, and School Resource Officer at Coppell High School. Freeman's extensive law enforcement background includes experience as a Detective and Patrol Officer with the City of Coppell. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a focus on Forensics from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Sam Houston State University.
