Lauren Proulx is currently working as the Manager of Mid Market Sales West at Carrot Fertility since 2019. Prior to this, Lauren held various positions at Reproductive Partners Fertility Center and NuVasive, specializing in program management, education, and professional development. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from the University of Arizona, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in developing and executing surgical and non-surgical skills training programs to enhance customer engagement and revenue generation. Throughout their career, Lauren has been instrumental in leading teams, managing vendor relationships, and planning and coordinating educational events for surgeons and customers.
