Lee R. is the current Vice President of Marketing at Carrot Fertility. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at Limeade from February 2017 to August 2021. Before that, they worked at Microsoft from January 2003 to December 2016 as the Vice President of US Product + Retail Marketing.

At Carrot Fertility, Lee's focus is on building a world-class, global demand and lead generation organization. This includes Integrated Marketing (Content Marketing, Campaigns, Public Relations, Social), Demand Generation (Events, Account-based Marketing, Field Marketing, Experiences, Webinars, etc), Customer Marketing, Marketing Operations and Creative Marketing functions.

At Limeade, Lee's focus was on building a world-class, global demand and lead generation organization. At Microsoft, Lee led the US Product & Retail Marketing organization focused upon generating demand for, and capturing the sales of: Xbox, Surface, Windows, Office, PC Accessories and Microsoft Band offerings. As Vice President, they grew the US retail business +49% in 3 years to over $5.2B in annual revenues. Leading a Consumer and Retail Marketing organization of 70 full time employees, Lee was especially pleased to have consistently scored very strong Leadership & Organizational Health ratings.

Lee has also served as a North America Executive Leadership Team member, US Management Excellence Leader (Puget Sound) & North America Diversity & Inclusion Executive Sponsor. Some of their other notable achievements include engineering and executing the biggest retail launches in Microsoft history on Xbox One, Windows 10, Surface, and Halo 5; streamlining new "one-click" solutions for Microsoft's add-on products & services, driving attach gains ranging from +5 to +12 points; and implementing "Retail Reinvention" initiatives to dramatically improve the consumer shopping experience across 600 Best Buy Windows Store locations and 3,700 Walmart locations.

Lee R.'s educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Irvine. Lee followed that up with a Master of Business Administration in Marketing / Finance from the University of Washington.

They work with Pat Cullen - VP, Engineering, Hilary Bartlett - VP, Business Operations, and Asima Ahmad - Chief Medical Officer & Co-Founder. Their manager is Tammy Sun, CEO & Co-Founder.
