Content Design Strategist at Carrot Fertility

Sarah Burke has a diverse work experience in content design, communications, and marketing. Sarah has most recently worked at Carrot Fertility as a Content Design Strategist and previously held positions as a Senior Content Designer and Content Designer. Prior to that, Sarah worked as an Associate Director of Advancement Communications at Carnegie Mellon University. Sarah also has experience in fundraising and grants management as the Annual Fund and Grants Manager at the Jewish Association on Aging. Sarah has also worked as a Communications and Marketing Manager at both the Neighborhood Learning Alliance and the Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation. Additionally, they have experience as a Communications Graduate Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Iowa State University, as well as a Freelance Writer for the Women Food and Agriculture Network.

Sarah Burke pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from Bucknell University which they completed between 2002 and 2006. Later, they enrolled at Iowa State University and earned a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Creative Writing & Environment during the period of 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Sarah also obtained a certification as a Certified UX Writer from the UX Content Collective in July 2021.
