Barbara Nash has over four decades of work experience in the flavor industry. Barbara began their career in 1975 as a Lab Technician at Archibald & Kendall, and then moved to Fritzsche Dodge & Olcott as a Flavor Technician. In 1977, they joined PepsiCo as a Flavorist. Three years later, they were appointed as the Manager of Applications Lab at DragoCo. In 1986, they founded and became President of Bellesse Inc., where they created, developed, and marketed a naturally flavored line of carbonated beverages, which were distributed to gourmet shops, supermarkets, delicatessens, and corporate cafeterias in the New York Metro Area. In 1995, they joined Kato Worldwide as Flavor Sales & Marketing, and then in 1998 they became the Marketing Manager at Carrubba Incorporated.
Barbara Nash obtained their MBA from Sacred Heart University in 1992, where they studied Business. Barbara also obtained their BS from Michigan State University in 1975, where they studied Food Science.
