Bailey Mounts has had a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Community Engagement Coordinator at Community Christian Church- Lincoln Park. In 2021, they became a Patient Care Associate at Carrum Health, a Rehearsal Director at The Met Down, a General Manager at YogaSix, and a Senior General Manager at StretchLab Franchise. In 2018, they started working at EXPRESS as a brand co manager. In 2015, they were an Education and Training Intern at Rape Victim Advocates. In 2013, they were a Beauty Advisor (full time)- Lancôme Cosmetics at Macy's and a Store Team Lead at The Children's Place. In 2012, they began working as an Assistant Manager at Maurices.

Bailey Mounts attended New Trier High School from 2006 to 2010, and then Indiana University Bloomington from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a focus on Community Health and Preventive Medicine. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Coursera in Epidemics - the Dynamics of Infectious Diseases in October 2018, American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in Group Fitness Instructor (GEI) in January 2020, and American Red Cross in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED in September 2019.
