Emma Helms

Emma Helms is an experienced operations specialist currently working at Carrum Health since April 2024. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions at SimplePractice from January 2019 to October 2022, including CX Ops, Knowledge Systems, and Product Specialist. Emma's early experience includes a Behavioral Health Internship at Landmark Medical Center in early 2018, which was part of the Psychology major at Claremont. Additionally, Emma interned in Donor Relations at Alternative Reproductive Resources in the summer of 2015. Emma earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Scripps College, where attendance spanned from 2014 to 2018, following education at St. Paul's School and Francis W. Parker School.
