Matt Kemper

Matt Kemper has a varied work experience beginning in 2006. Matt started as an Executive Team Leader at Target and then moved to Barnes & Noble where they were an Assistant Store Manager from 2009 to 2012. Matt then joined bswift as a Client Services Analyst, progressing to Senior Account Manager, Associate Director of Client Services, and eventually Director of Account Management. In 2014, they joined Rally Health and held the positions of Director of Client Support, Senior Director of Customer Success, and Senior Director of Enterprise Operations. In 2021, they joined Carrum Health as Vice President of Operations and Senior Director of Business Operations.

Matt Kemper attended Michigan State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
