Kirstie Stewart has over 25 years of diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Kirstie started their career at Aon in 1995, where they worked as an Account Executive and later moved on to positions such as System Consultant, Administrative Manager, and Department Manager CIO. In 2008, they joined Aon Denmark A/S as an Assistant Director before becoming the IT Director for EMEA North East. In 2011, they took on the role of Business Technology Director EMEA at Aon Hewitt, where they led global critical business application initiatives. Stewart then joined Topdanmark - Forsikring og pension in 2013 as a Project Manager, responsible for ensuring project delivery and strategic benefits. Later, in 2016, they joined Northbridge Financial Corporation, initially as a Senior Project Manager and later assumed the role of Genesis Program Director. In 2019, they became the VP, Enterprise Project Management Office, overseeing large-scale enterprise programs and projects. Currently, they serve as the VP EPMO and IT Delivery, providing leadership in IT operations, budgeting, financial planning, and project management to ensure the successful execution of organizational goals. Throughout their career, Stewart has demonstrated a commitment to delivery and establishing successful teams.

Kirstie Stewart earned a BA Hons in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield between 1987 and 1990. Kirstie has also obtained various certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O) from Scrum Alliance in 2021. Additionally, they have completed multiple courses on LinkedIn, such as Developing Conflict Management Skills and Change Management Foundations, with the latest certification obtained in 2024. In 2018, Kirstie completed a program and portfolio management course.
