Jose's prior experience includes roles as Transportation Supervisor and Operations Supervisor at Iron Mountain, where oversight of transportation operations and personnel management were key duties. Initial career experience includes a Production Supervisor role at UPS. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and an Associate degree in General Studies from Moraine Valley Community College.
