Tata Eloian

Tata Eloian is an experienced sales and customer service specialist in the logistics sector, currently employed at CarryLand Logistics since August 2017. In the role of Sales Specialist, Tata focuses on the import and export of various cargo, market monitoring, customer attraction, and management of client needs through proactive engagement and relationship building. Tata also emphasizes continuous improvement in product knowledge and sales skills. Previously, Tata served as a Customer Service Specialist at both CarryLand Logistics and ITC Group Ltd, where responsibilities included automating business processes, managing end-to-end shipment experiences, and fostering strong customer relationships. Tata holds two master's degrees in Management and Administration and Law from Odessa National Maritime University, along with a Mini-MBA in Logistics Management from City Business School.
