Jennifer Vianello is the Chief Marketing Officer at Cars.com. Jennifer has a long history of working in marketing, starting with their work as Marketing Manager at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra from 2003 to 2007. In this role, Jennifer ran the in-house media agency and was responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for more than 200 events per year. Jennifer also led international media efforts for the launch of O&O record label CSO Resound and created the first-ever orchestra social media presence on MySpace.

In 2007, Jennifer joined Cars.com as Senior Manager, Advertising Market Development. In this role, they were responsible for leading a B2B marketing team responsible for audience insights, sales development, and market intelligence for national and regional ad sales. Jennifer also wrote Cars.com's first marketing communications strategy integrating all B2C and B2B audiences and products.

Jennifer has been with Cars.com since 2007 and was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in December 2010.

Jennifer Vianello has a MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Marketing, Economics, and Econometrics/Statistics. Jennifer also has a BA from Columbia College Chicago in Arts, Entertainment & Media Management.
